Stop Starting Over

Design for your hardest days, not your best ones

Forget the lifestyle overhaul. We’re building a resilient baseline of health through small, intentional actions—turning pockets of progress into a foundation that lasts.

A Different Design

The struggle isn’t a lack of willpower—it’s a lack of a plan that accounts for real life.

I used to think that "having it together" was a personality trait I didn't possess.
Behavior science tells another story: the secret isn't more discipline; it's better design.

We trade grand, performative gestures for invisible progress through three core pillars:

Design over Discipline

We don’t need more willpower; we need less friction. Your environment dictates your choices before you even realize you’ve made them.

We curate your space, shifting habits from an uphill battle to the path of least resistance. When your life is designed for success, progress becomes the default.

Anchors over Overhauls

Most wellness plans fail because they are isolated overhauls—big asks that aren’t rooted in your real life. We don't build from scratch; we tether.

We anchor small, intentional actions to parts of your day that are automatic—like the morning coffee or the commute. Consistency stops being an act of willpower and starts happening in the margins.

Curiosity over Comparison

Comparison is the ultimate momentum killer. When we measure our progress against an old version of ourselves, we lose sight of what is possible today.

We choose curiosity instead. By treating every new habit as a tiny experiment, we remove the pressure to get it right the first time. If a habit doesn’t stick, it isn’t failure—it’s data. This shift allows us to refine the design until it fits the complexities of your life.

Ready to design a better baseline?

Trade All-or-Nothing for All-or-Something

The Something Strategy is a commitment to finding an intentional action that moves the needle—even when you don't have the capacity for "everything."

It’s choosing a high-standard something over a defeated nothing.

Something? Really?
What’s the point?

Honestly? If we were looking at a 5-minute walk as a standalone fitness goal, you’d be right.

But as a strategic placeholder, those 5 minutes are everything. They keep your habit’s neural pathways alive so that when life calms down, you aren't starting from scratch.

It’s not about the five minutes—it's about the momentum you won't have to rebuild tomorrow.

We apply this strategy to four core elements of health and wellness:

Vitality:
Reclaiming the energy and physical capability required to show up for your life without the burnout.

Space:
Curating your environment to eliminate decision fatigue and make healthy choices the easiest ones.

Calm:
Regulating your nervous system to silence the "all-or-nothing" noise and find focus in the chaos.

Connection:
Reclaiming your identity and sense of community beyond your daily to-do list.

The Pockets

The Something Strategy lives in the pockets already built into your day.
The coffee brewing, a red light, waiting in line for a return—we use these to protect your baseline and anchor your consistency.

Consistency Built in the Margins

Finding the pockets when you're already at capacity is the hardest part.
That’s why we start with a map.

Start with a Baseline Session

50 minutes to find your path

Before we build, we map. We’ll spend this session identifying exactly where your current routine is breaking down and where your new habits will fit.

Find your baseline: We’ll look at four core elements—Vitality, Space, Calm and Connection and identify what’s working and what’s not.

Define your North Star: Distill those insights into a clear statement to guide your choices, even on the chaotic days.

Set your Waypoint: Identify one tangible, high-impact shift to focus on over the next 6 weeks.

Map Your Pockets: Pinpoint the specific pockets of time where your new habits will happen.

$85

If you decide to join the full 6-week Pocket Partnership within 7 days of our session, your $85 will be credited toward the total cost.

No prep needed - just bring yourself and your coffee

I spent years struggling to build a more balanced life. I became a Certified Health and Wellness Coach to help others find that balance, without the exhausting struggle I went through. The Something Strategy was born out of that desire. By stripping wellness down to its simplest form, and using time in the margins of the day, we find pockets of progress.

Today, my life still has laundry piles, but it also has space. Space for the things that make me feel like 'me' again—like tending to my 22-ish houseplants, losing an hour to a crochet project, or finally getting out on the trails.

This is where the ripple starts. By choosing all-or-something we shift from managing the day to reclaiming the energy to actually enjoy our lives. That shift changes everything.

I’m Mali, a mom of three who knows exactly what it’s like to run out of mental bandwidth. I’ve been the one on the laundry room floor, wondering how a pile of clothes became a personal defeat. I didn’t need a lifestyle overhaul; I needed a way off of the all-or-nothing roller coaster.

Common Concerns

Is there a 'requirement' for how I show up to our sessions?

Exactly as you are.
I am based in Austin, but our sessions are entirely virtual. We meet wherever you are, no sitting in traffic required.

You can call from:

  • Your office between meetings

  • The car line during pickup

  • The laundry room in the thick of it

The only requirement is that you’re in a space where you feel comfortable talking. No "perfect" silence. No apologies.

Does it matter what my daily life looks like?

Not at all. The All-or-Nothing cycle doesn't care about your job title or your age. It's for the person whose current pace has become unsustainable.

Whether you are:

  • Raising toddlers

  • Running a business

  • Navigating a new chapter

If you are tired of the "try-harder" burnout, you’re in the right place.

I have a history of starting strong and then sliding to zero. Why is this different?

We design for your hardest days, not your best ones.

Most plans only work when life is perfect. We do the opposite:

  • The Parachute: For every action we design, we create a version that can happen even when you’re at zero capacity.

  • The Strategic Placeholder: We keep your neural pathways alive without the burnout.

  • The Design Shift: If you stop, we don't look for discipline. We refine the design.

We aren't aiming for a perfect streak. We’re building a baseline that survives the real world.
